It&#8217;s often a very tough month, financially speaking, so many of us could use an opportunity to cut back a bit.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, it&#8217;s one of the busiest times of the year for many debt charities, so let&#8217;s all help each other out and share our best money saving tricks and tips.<\/p>\n<p>The theme this time around is <strong>Spring Cleaning<\/strong>. It just feels right to have a big clean and tidy up now that the days are getting longer and brighter, and a bit of decluttering is well and truly in order &#8211; so let&#8217;s go for it. [In fact, I&#8217;m tempted to do a Tenner Week Spring Clean on an annual basis because I feel like this by the end of pretty much every February. What do you reckon?]<\/p>\n<p>While the official start date is going to be the Monday, I&#8217;ll also be doing an optional Sunday Stocktake exercise this weekend so that anyone who wants to can get their food and their cleaning products sorted out. There&#8217;ll be a day-by-day schedule for the week here up on the Sunday too, so you can look ahead at the daily activities and get more of an idea of what we&#8217;ll be getting up to.<\/p>\n<p>If you like, there&#8217;s an optional TV Diet too, where you cut your hours in front of the television to a maximum of four for the week. Handy if you think you&#8217;ve been doing too much tellyboxing recently and fancy freeing up some more time for other things.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who&#8217;s up for a bit of hardcore budgeting and some spring cleaning?
