You could have:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A gym membership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Weights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercise machines (bike, treadmill, stepper etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercise DVDs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Yoga mat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Active games console<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Toning gadgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Get out there and make the most of it.<\/p>\n<p>After you\u2019ve finished your exercising today, have a think about why you stopped using your exercise equipment or your gym membership. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is it difficult to get to? For example, is your exercise bike covered with drying laundry or old coats?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Is the gym too far from home or work?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Is it hard to stay motivated, for example, if you\u2019re staring at a brick wall all the time?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now try to think of some ways to make useful fitness resources more accessible. Rearrange a room, change the view, or just have a tidy up.<\/p>\n<p>At Golightly Gardens I&#8217;ll be using the Pilates ball for some sit-ups, and trying some balance games on the Wii Fit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you going to try?
